Talent Attraction – 

  • The process we undertake begins with an overall observation/ assessment of what is currently being done to attract Talent. We observe – Job descriptions, external Marketing material etc… We also review the level and quality of applications you currently receive from your job adverts. We look closely at the candidate profile your organisation is looking to attract and those you are currently attracting – bridging that gap is the ultimate goal of this Coaching offering.
  • The Job advert needs to accurately capture the company culture, the opportunity, the USP with the role etc… ‘Less is more’ when it comes to job specs and we work closely with organisations to create the maximum impact to be gained from Job adverts, Linkedin or Outbound email campaigns etc..
  • A further add-on to this section is how organisations manage applicants when they do apply in. How do you react to applications?, What is your process?, How do you manage the candidates expectations?, What is your candidate communication strategy?, What is your time-scale to hire, is this always consistent?, How do you keep the momentum through the process right up until Job Offer stage? Get consistency and good habits here and all of your applicants will encounter a really positive ‘Candidate Experience’.

Talent Retention Coaching – 

We look at Best-practice behaviours when it comes to Retaining Talent.

  • As companies look to grow by attracting new Talent into their business, it is of equal importance to ensure that your existing Talent-base continues to feel empowered & valued.
  • Company Leadership may for instance envisage lots of change & transition over the coming years, so a key consideration is how they manage this change to limit any transition out of the organisation. This requires focus and clear communication.
  • We call this phase ‘The Future-proofing of your People Infrastructure’ phase and we can provide Coaching solutions to help Managers to become more aware of what needs to be done to achieve success in this key area of consideration.

Throughout his career, Killian has seen how 'Active listening' - (listening at a heightened level at all times) can really help build trust and ultimately, strong relationships with clients. He employs other key coaching skills such as the 'Mirroring Technique' which helps clients to feel at ease, which in turn increases the likelihood of a two-way engagement occurring in the coaching session.
